Upper Assembly

The front end of this kit is built on a 7075-T6 aluminum upper receiver with an anodized finish, M4 feed ramps, a Mil-Spec forward assist, and an ejection port door assembly. The 11.5-inch government profile 4140 CrMoV barrel brings a nitride finish and 1-8 twist to the .223 Wylde chamber, threaded at 1-2x28 with a .750 inch gas journal. The carbine-length stainless steel gas tube and micro low-profile steel gas block at .750 inch run a tight, low-profile gas system along the barrel. The 10-inch ultra-slim freefloat KeyMod handguard wraps the barrel and gas system, keeping the front end trim and light with KeyMod slots along the forend for accessories.

Bolt Carrier Group and Charging Handle

The complete AR-15 bolt carrier group is made in the USA and covers 5.56, .223, .300, and .350, making it a versatile choice across multiple chamberings on the AR-15 platform. The M4 Mil-Spec charging handle pairs directly with the BCG to complete the upper interior. These two components finish the upper side and give the kit a complete front end ready to drop onto a lower.

Lower Completion Components

The lower completion side of this kit is fully covered. The complete Mil-Spec AR-15 lower parts kit addresses the full internal lower component group, including the fire control group, magazine catch, bolt catch, and all associated pins and springs. The Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, standard carbine buffer at 3 oz., and standard carbine recoil spring made in the USA form a solid buffer system at the rear of the lower. The Mil-Spec AR-15 M16 receiver end plate and Mil-Spec carbine castle nut lock the buffer tube down cleanly at the rear of the lower receiver.

SBR Ready

This kit ships without a brace and is intended for builders who are selecting their own final rear end setup. The Mil-Spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube and complete lower hardware are included, but the brace or stock selection is left to the buyer. This is a setup dependent kit, and the rear end is determined by the component the buyer sources separately.

Muzzle Device

The A2 GI Birdcage flash hider threads onto the 1-2x28 muzzle end of the barrel, finishing the front of the upper with a proven standard flash hider pattern. The included black 1-2-inch crush washer seats at the barrel shoulder and completes the muzzle hardware for this kit.
