The Mutton Chops Full Build Kit is a .223 Wylde AR-15 pistol configuration built around an 11.5-inch government profile barrel in 4140 CrMoV steel with a nitride finish and a 1:8 twist rate. The carbine-length gas system includes a micro low-profile gas block at .750 O.D. and a carbine-length stainless steel gas tube. The freefloat KeyMod handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum in black, providing a clean forend with a KeyMod interface for accessory placement. The stripped upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramps. A 1/2x28 GI birdcage flash hider is included at the muzzle. The complete bolt carrier group is 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish, covering AR-15 compatibility across 5.56, .223, .300, and .350. The mil-spec M4 charging handle completes the upper component set. The Magpul BTR Pistol Brace in black is included for the AR-15 platform and pairs with the mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube. The lower side of the kit also includes a lower parts kit, buffer, recoil spring, and mil-spec receiver end plate. Lower receiver not included.

Davidson Defense Full Build Kit

This kit covers the upper and lower completion components outside the serialized lower receiver. The upper side includes the barrel, handguard, upper receiver, bolt carrier group, and charging handle. The lower side includes the Magpul BTR Pistol Brace, mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, lower parts kit, buffer, recoil spring, and mil-spec receiver end plate. The lower parts kit supplies the internal small parts for lower completion. The buffer tube, buffer, recoil spring, and end plate cover the core rear support hardware. Together these components represent a full build kit component set for pairing with a stripped lower receiver.

Barrel and Gas System

The 11.5-inch government profile barrel is 4140 CrMoV steel with a nitride finish and a 1:8 twist rate in .223 Wylde, threaded at 1/2x28. The carbine-length gas system uses a micro low-profile gas block at .750 O.D. in barrel steel and a carbine-length stainless steel gas tube. A 1/2x28 GI birdcage flash hider is included at the muzzle.

Upper Receiver and Handguard

The stripped upper receiver is 7075-T6 aluminum with an anodized finish and M4 feed ramps. The freefloat KeyMod handguard in 6061-T6 black aluminum provides the front end structure and a KeyMod interface along the forend for accessory placement.

Magpul BTR Pistol Brace and Buffer System

The Magpul BTR Pistol Brace in black is included for the AR-15 platform. It pairs with the mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube, which works alongside the included buffer, recoil spring, and mil-spec receiver end plate to cover the core rear support hardware for the lower.
