Davidson Defense A2 RIFLE BUFFER TUBE Only

I chose to buy this product because it was the cheapest option that I could find that came with the buffer tube, buffer extension and buffer stock screw. IT WAS A MISTAKE! 1) The only part I received was the tube. NO extension and NO screw. I called support and immediately got through, no wait. Polite lady apologized and said she'd send the missing parts ASAP! Replacement was shipped same day. BUT when I received the parts a few days later, she had only shipped the extension. I emailed her and once again got an apology and she immediatly shipped the screw which I got a few days later. So they made it right, but I lost over a week in time and the company lost a ton in shipping costs. 2) Worst of all though, is the actual Buffer tube. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. After finaly getting all the parts I tried to install the tube. It would not screw into my milspec receiver. Figured the anodizing must be causing them to bind which is a common issue on aluminum parts. BUT NOPE... a little sand paper to clean off the anodizing and the tube still would not screw into place. The threads were binding tight. So I take a closer look at the threads and they are not clean and true. They are litteraly wavy. No way they will ever screw into place. I could call DTT and complain but after having to report 3 previous issues, whats the chances they would believe me that I'm NOW discovering a problem with the thread quality. Plus if quality is this bad, would a replacement even solve it? So, I just decied to pull out the dremel and a cutting disc and slowly straighten the threads. It took me an hour of dremel work but I got the threads true enough to cleanly thread into my lower. Don't waste your time and your money. Spend a little more and get a better product and better quality control.
