The carbine-length gas system ensures smooth operation, complemented by a 0.75 gas block size.

The kit includes a durable M-Lok handguard that is 15 inches long, incorporating a partial Picatinny rail, integrated handstop, and anti-rotation tabs, allowing for customizable accessories. The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum, anodized for durability, and features M4 feed ramps.
