Upper Receiver and Handguard
The upper receiver is a Davidson Defense mil-spec AR-15 unit machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps, a strong, lightweight alloy widely used for AR-15 receivers. It is paired with the Gauntlet Arms "Javelin" 15-inch M-LOK Slant-Pro handguard. Built-in QD mounts give sling attachment options, anti-rotation tabs help hold the handguard in position, and the oblong cuts remove weight while the M-LOK slots give the builder room to mount lights, grips, handstops, and other accessories.
Compatibility
This kit is built for AR-15 lower receivers chambered in 7.62x39mm. Barrel material, upper receiver finish, handguard material, finish, and free-float configuration, ejection port door and forward assist configuration, and crush washer inclusion were not supplied with this listing and should be confirmed before purchase. Because the BCG and charging handle are not included, they must be sourced separately to complete the upper, and the bolt carrier group must be rated for 7.62x39.
