Barrel and Gas System
The 11.5-inch barrel is machined from 4140 chrome moly vanadium steel in a government profile and finished in Nitride. Nitride is a surface treatment that adds hardness and corrosion resistance while leaving a clean, matte black look. Its 1:8 twist rate and .223 Wylde chamber make it suited to a wide range of bullet weights. The barrel runs a carbine-length gas system through a micro low-profile steel gas block sized for the .750-inch barrel diameter, and the muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 for a compatible muzzle device.
Upper Receiver and Handguard
The upper receiver is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish, giving it a hard, wear-resistant surface that holds up to regular handling. It is paired with a 10-inch free-float M-LOK handguard machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in black. As a free-float design, it leaves the barrel free of handguard contact. The quad rail section on the front end gives the builder Picatinny mounting surfaces for lights, lasers, and other accessories, while the M-LOK slots add further mounting options.
Compatibility
This kit is built for AR-15 lower receivers and .223 Wylde builds. Muzzle device inclusion, gas tube details, ejection port door and forward assist configuration, and crush washer inclusion were not supplied with this listing and should be confirmed before purchase. Because the BCG and charging handle are not included, they must be sourced separately to complete the upper.
