Barrel and Handguard

The 14.5-inch barrel is constructed from 4150 CrMoV steel in a government profile with a phosphate finish and a 1-in-7 twist rate. The thread pitch is 1-in-2x28, corresponding to the included GI birdcage flash hider with a manganese phosphate finish. The carbine-length gas system pairs with a 0.750 steel micro low-profile gas block positioned beneath the handguard. The 12-inch freefloat Keymod handguard is made from aluminum in black and keeps the handguard clear of the barrel along its full length.

Upper Receiver and Bolt Carrier Group

The upper receiver is constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with M4 feed ramps and an anodized finish. The bolt carrier group is made from 9310 alloy steel with a nitride finish, is compatible with 5.56, .223, .300, and .350 configurations, and is manufactured in the USA. The included AR-15 M4 mil-spec charging handle pairs directly with the upper receiver and bolt carrier group.

Magpul BTR Pistol Brace and Buffer System

The Magpul BTR pistol brace in black polymer is compatible with standard mil-spec buffer tubes and is included as the brace option for this pistol configuration. The mil-spec heavy-duty 6-position buffer tube pairs with the brace for AR-15 and AR-style pistol configurations. The kit also includes a 3 oz buffer, a recoil spring, a mil-spec end plate, and a castle nut.

Lower Components

This kit includes a lower parts kit, 3 oz buffer, recoil spring, mil-spec end plate, and castle nut, providing the components needed to complete a stripped lower receiver. The lower receiver itself is not included.
