AR-15 5.56 NATO M16 Complete Bolt Carrier Group, FDE PVD

This is a complete AR-15/M16 bolt carrier group chambered for 5.56 NATO/.223 Remington, built in an M16 auto profile and finished in FDE PVD throughout. The carrier is machined from 8620 steel with a chrome-lined interior, paired with a 9310 steel bolt that's heat treated, precision ground, shot peened, and MPI inspected.

Carrier and Bolt

The carrier is machined from aircraft/bearing-quality 8620 steel in an M16 auto profile, finished in FDE PVD with a chrome-lined interior. The bolt is machined from 9310 steel and finished to match in FDE PVD, having gone through heat treating, precision grinding, shot peening, and Magnetic Particle Inspection.

Firing Pin, Extractor, and Small Parts

The firing pin is machined from 8740 steel and finished in chrome plating. The extractor is a one-piece billet, fully machined enhanced design finished in phosphate coating. The ejector and extractor retaining pin are both machined from S7 tool steel, and the cam pin carries a PVD coating to match the rest of the group.

Gas Key

The gas key is machined from 4130 steel and finished in PVD, installed using a precision hydraulic staking process. It's secured with KAK T25 drive Grade 8 screws that have been properly heat treated.
