This version includes the two handguard halves and internal .020-inch metal heat shields, but ships without the aluminum .750-inch end cap, which must be purchased separately.

Construction and Heat Shields

This handguard set is molded from thermoset polymer in black with a traditional, ribbed Colt LMG-style exterior profile, built in a two-piece upper and lower design. Internal metal heat shields, approximately .020 inches thick, are included to provide added heat protection inside the handguard. The set installs in a drop-in style, seating into a compatible delta ring assembly, with some fitting possibly required for a full seat; handling and manufacturing marks may be present due to the original-style production process.

Included Components
