This lower build kit is built around a Sharps Bros. Gen 2 Livewire stripped lower receiver, forged and CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodizing. The receiver features an ambidextrous bolt release and comes with a threaded bolt catch pin. A complete Mil-Spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit, pistol grip, pistol buffer-system components, and a Gauntlet Arms polymer stabilizing brace in FDE round out the kit.

Lower Receiver

The receiver is a Sharps Bros. Gen 2 Livewire, forged and CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodizing. It's built as a multi-caliber, semi-automatic-only receiver featuring an ambidextrous bolt release, with a threaded bolt catch pin included for installation. The receiver weighs 8.70 ounces.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

A complete Mil-Spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit covers the fire-control group and the rest of the internals needed to complete the lower, and a pistol grip is included as part of the kit. Behind it sits a heavy-duty, smooth pistol buffer tube built for AR-15 pistol configurations, holding a standard AR-15 carbine buffer weighing 3 ounces and a standard recoil spring. A US Tactical AR-15/M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate and AR-15 carbine castle nut secure the buffer tube assembly to the receiver.

Stabilizing Brace

Capping off the build is a Gauntlet Arms polymer stabilizing brace, molded from high-strength polymer and finished in Flat Dark Earth. It's a fixed, non-adjustable brace, mounting directly to the smooth pistol buffer tube included with this kit and featuring an integrated sling loop for attaching a sling.
