This lower build kit is built around a Sharps Bros. Gen 2 Livewire stripped lower receiver, forged and CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodizing. The receiver features an ambidextrous bolt release and comes with a threaded bolt catch pin. A complete Mil-Spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit, pistol grip, carbine buffer-system components, and an SB Tactical SBA3 adjustable pistol stabilizing brace in FDE round out the kit.

Lower Receiver

The receiver is a Sharps Bros. Gen 2 Livewire, forged and CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and finished in black anodizing. It's built as a multi-caliber, semi-automatic-only receiver featuring an ambidextrous bolt release, with a threaded bolt catch pin included for installation. The receiver weighs 8.70 ounces.

Lower Parts Kit and Buffer System

A complete Mil-Spec AR-15 Lower Parts Kit covers the fire-control group and the rest of the internals needed to complete the lower, and a pistol grip is included as part of the kit. Behind it sits a Mil-Spec heavy-duty six-position carbine buffer tube, holding a standard AR-15 carbine buffer weighing 3 ounces and a standard recoil spring. A US Tactical AR-15/M16 Mil-Spec receiver end plate and AR-15 carbine castle nut secure the buffer tube assembly to the receiver.

Stabilizing Brace

Capping off the build is an SB Tactical SBA3 adjustable pistol stabilizing brace, finished in Flat Dark Earth and built for Mil-Spec carbine buffer tubes, matching the buffer tube included with this kit. It offers multi-position adjustment and features an integrated stabilizing strap along with an integrated QD sling attachment for attaching a sling.
