Suppressor-Ready Configuration

This build kit arrives with the Witt Machine Freakin45 suppressor already installed and ready to use. The suppressor is threaded at 5/8x24, and the included Hughes Precision thread adapter converts the barrel's .578x28 threads to match. The free-float handguard provides full rail coverage for optics and accessories without interference from the suppressor.

45 ACP Pistol-Caliber Platform

The 7.5-inch Bear Creek barrel with 1:16 twist rate is optimized for 45 ACP round-nose and hollow-point ammunition. The barrel uses 4150 Chrome Moly Vanadium steel with Parkerized finish for durability. Pistol-caliber blowback operation means no gas tube or piston system, just straightforward bolt cycling driven by direct recoil. This upper receiver is designed specifically for PCC applications and pairs with the included PCC bolt assembly.

Quad-Rail Handguard and Accessory Mounting

The 10-inch free-float quad-rail handguard floats independently from the barrel, meaning it doesn't contact the barrel at any point. This design reduces harmonics and supports consistent accuracy. The quad-rail configuration provides four full-length Picatinny rails for mounting lights, laser modules, vertical grips, or other accessories. The handguard is 6061-T6 aluminum with anodized finish and mounts via barrel nut for solid attachment.
