Everything you need to finish a lower receiver except the serialized lower receiver itself.

Sharps Bros Gen 2 Livewire Receiver

The Sharps Bros lower receiver is a forged 7075-T6 aluminum component, meaning it starts as a custom aluminum forging and is then CNC machined to final specifications. This construction method creates a stronger, more durable receiver than cast aluminum alternatives. The black anodized finish resists corrosion and wear. The receiver is multi-caliber compatible, so you can build different caliber configurations on the same lower as long as they share the AR-15 platform.

Ambidextrous Bolt Release Design

The ambidextrous bolt release allows operation from both sides of the receiver. This is especially valuable for left-handed shooters or those who switch shoulders during shooting. The bolt catch itself uses a threaded pin design for secure retention. You get full control of the bolt regardless of your shooting hand.

Complete Buffer System Included

This kit includes a mil-spec carbine buffer tube with 6-position adjustment, allowing you to customize length of pull to your needs. The standard carbine buffer weighs 3 ounces and pairs with the USA-made carbine recoil spring. The US Tactical end plate and AR-15 carbine castle nut complete the buffer tube assembly. All components are mil-spec compatible and work together as a matched system.
