Faxon Firearms has been around for more than a decade. The Faxon family who started Faxon Firearms has been in the machining industry since the 70’s. The company is run by two brothers, Bob and Barry Faxon who took their machining knowledge and created Faxon Firearms. Their first product was the ARAK-21, an AR and AK hybrid, which led them to begin manufacturing their own barrels. Today, Faxon Firearms is most well known for their barrels. They are one of only a few companies in the US that make their barrels from raw bar stock, meaning that the starting point for their barrels is a bar of metal. They complete all of the necessary steps to turn that bar of metal into the quality, durable barrel that they are known for.
